A kitchen is an area or part of an area used for food preparation and food preparation in a dwelling or in a commercial establishment. The advancement of the kitchen is from the invention of the baking range or stove and the development of water infrastructure with the capacity of supplying running normal water to private homes. Food was cooked properly over an available fire. Technical developments in heating food in the 18th and 19th decades changed the architecture of the kitchen. Before the advancement of modern pipes, water was helped bring from an outdoor source such as wells, pumps or springs
